Realtime Scenarios for the plugins


create the timespan entity with name, time difference (integer),start date and time, end date and time, status of case, case entity lookup.

1. once case is created, automatically timespan record need to create with current time as start date

Solution

2. if case status changed to InProgress then, update the timespan record with current time as end date and calculate the time difference of start and end time update the timespan field.


3.create new timespan record with status InProgress and current time as start time.


4.create total timespan field in Case, update this field value based on timespan update in child records.
